While it’s been dubbed the ASICS Gel Lyte 3 Puddle Pack, we don’t recommend getting these kicks wet. While other shoes make up the oddly-named collection, we’re focusing on these bright red beauties for now. The color is eerily similar to the Nice Kicks x Ronnie Fieg x GL3 from 2009, but without the price tag.
Red suede makes up the majority of the upper on the standout model from the ASICS Gel Lyte 3 Puddle Pack. While there’s no perforated leather on the toebox like the Nice Kicks’ version, we doubt you’re complaining. A grey outsole and white midsole combine for a simple, understated look. Tumbled leather makes up with the ASICS stripes on the side with some plastic netting mixed in. Tonal red mesh makes up the split-tongue liner of the shoe. Reflective 3M hits on the toe and logos add a little pop to model also.
You can find these gems via the Feature online store, although most sizes are gone now. Ask your local ASICS retailer if they’ll be carrying these in the coming days.
