Dog heads, stars, leather and plaid are back again in Ricardo Tisci’s latest Pre-Fall 2013 lookbook for Givenchy. It wasn’t just last week that we nominated Givenchy for Best Brand in the 2012 Ahoodie Awards, and we’re already on that new new once again. The trend of giant dog head graphics on tees continues for Fall 2013 with the Doberman Pinscher taking the place of the Rottweiler from 2012. You’ll also recognize the Givenchy staples of plaid and black leather making appearances. New designs like the PERVERT shirt and HDG (House de Givenchy) monogram are also sure to be a hit. Ricardo Tisci, recently named GQ’s designer of the year, believes the collection has a classic look that plays off of the fashion-forward thinking of those who wear the brand.
“[The collection] is about iconic recognizable shapes, fabrics, prints, and looks,” Tisci told Style.com, “It shows this elegant man with strength who knows how to mix couture and urban street elements. He’s got the confidence to play with his own look.”
